not claim ownership over your material, just the rights to use them for non-profit purposes if used at all and only with the
Author's explicit permission.
AMENDMENT: By hosting your material on our servers, you agree to 'fair use' distribution by WORLDZONE.
When a visitor comes to your site hosted by us, your material viewed by them is cached within their computer. This is a form of DISTRIBUTION. This 'FAIR USE DISTRIBUTION' permission is given to WORLDZONE by you upon uploading your
content to our servers.

This is just a standard "You can't hold us accountable clause".
Everyone has one.

1. You give worldzone permission to display your site and use it for whatever it needs to, with your permission.
2. You agree not to hold worldzone responsible for losing you site.
3. And, by having your stuff on worldzone you acknowledge that other people will be viewing your stuff.

Simple...

Things like this, just read through it a couple of times, and it all becomes "clear".
