They've been around for a great deal of time, and seem reputable - despite the unbelievable claims made in the email you received:

Anyway, I've been promoting them through their Websponsors.com affiliate program for a while, and they pay there, though the rewards are less than those reported through the program that they manage in-house.

If you really want to give them a try, weigh up whether or not you want high risk/high returns (go with the program listed in the email), or low risk/lower returns (go through Websponsors.com).
