who is the most reliable free host on FWS?

Since free hosts come and go all day long...

I am looking for a free host with no ads, post for host, or whatnot that
has been around FWS for a bit. Since I am more interested in setting up
a blog, I have no problem in setting up a link back to the host in
the blog roll or something like that...

I am looking for a reliable free host, and stable...

any recommendations?
