Which Upgrade's Should I get?

Hey. I have 2 upgrade options:

Here are the specs on the system i am upgrading:

ECS K7S5A Mother board with onboard LAN, Sound & 4 USB 1 Ports, AGP 4x, 5 PCI
AMD Duron 1.2Ghz Processor OC'd to 1.4Ghz
Thermaltake Volcano 9 Coolmod Heatsink
ATI Radeon 9000 pro with 128meg DDR RAM
Win XP Pro

Here is Option # 1:
Upgrade Motherboard to ASUS A7N8X SOCKETA NFORCE2 DDR AGP8X 5PCI USB2.0 ATA133 W/ SOUND & LAN: $199 CAN
Upgrade Processor to AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (T'Bred "B")(OC able): $110 CAN
Upgrade Case to
TURBO GAMER X-PIDER 21IN BLACK ALUMINUM 6X2.5IN W/ WINDOW & LED FANS : $199 CAN
Total: $518 CAN

or

Option # 2:
Upgrade Processor To AMD Athlon XP 2400+: $320 CAN
Upgrade Case to
TURBO GAMER X-PIDER 21IN BLACK ALUMINUM 6X2.5IN W/ WINDOW & LED FANS : $199 CAN

Total: $519 CAN



Which Option Should I choose? Or a suggest another option that costs less that $520 Canadian.
 
Option 1 without that ugly case.

I seriously hate stock windows and premodded cases. They just look horrible and are nothing compared to modded cases.

They do not look like shit!
Besides, they have this little 3cmX3cm Antek logo you can stick somewhere :p Talk about personalization!

Antecs are overpriced. Get a Chieftec before an Antec--they're the same case anyway.
