sorry, I meant WildWest domains which is what godaddy offers.
is the $99 yearly fee worth the extra dollar off the prices to eNom?
Also, which one has better CC proceesing/API?

I personally use enom reseller program and I find its pretty good. The $100 deposit fee is ok because it does not expire. You would eventually register around 11 domains

Enom. You can pick up $8.95 accounts for next to nothing on Ebay.

You don't need to pay for an $8.95 enom account, most people give them away free.
