Which Monitor?

hey people. I'm bulding a mostly gaming system, and I have $240 to spend on a monitor, and I'm torn between two 19" monitors on newegg [im buying everything else on newegg, i'd prefer to buy the monitor there too]

Its whether the NEC MultiSync FE990 @ $219.00 or the Samsung FlatCRT 955DF @ $235.00

Which one should I choose? They're prob not the best 19" monitors for $240 but whatever. Do you think I should go for a really good 17" monitor at the same price?

NEC.. they're pretty much the same... but u save money with the NEC

I'll go with the FlatCRT monitor (Samsung in this case).

Not sure if the NEC is a CRT (my connection is down so I can only go to a few sites - and unfortunantely that site wasn't one of them).

VS.

Samsung: Maximum Resolution 1600 X 1400 @ 68Hz
