which forum is the best html on the net?

Forums only come in ColdFusion (most unlikely), PHP (most common), CGI (uncommon) and ASP (rare). No html. For PHP you'll need MySQL database. Some good ones are Invisionboard (http://www.invisionboard.com/) and PHPBB 2 (http://www.phpbb.com/). For more info, check out the sticky at the top of this forum. And this forum is vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/), and you'll need to buy it. It's very expensive.

i mean ...i need find some disccusion forum about html design, graphic design, php, scripts, hosting...NOT find forum IBF, phpBB...

Well, I've seen boards in Python and even a board that claimed to be in XML. Anyway, CGI + Perl boards are definitely not uncommon, and there are even CGI + C++ boards out there!

That's not true either...You'll need some kind of database, but not necessarily MySQL.
