Which Design Looks Better???

I made two designs sometime ago and since you guys all say I need to redo my previous design, I'll give you these two to look at.

i like #1 because it looks cleaner and more compact in my opinion. #2 looks a bit messed up and un-coordinated.

yeah #1 is the better of the 2. if u want to gear to a cleaner,neat and a bit of professional look, get #1. #2 is kinda messy which i stated and looks like geocities site *pardon*

OMG is that a 2-in-1 ?

that sux...the navigation bar expands and looks ugly.
the back buttons etc is still putting me off. just remove it from
the top. do u consider that a title ???

the ad is ok if u want to earn some revenues
just one thing stick to the designs in #1.

as for the zebras etc if u get what i mean just copy that bunch of codes into #1 that's it
