Where to post tutorials?

I have some php and web development tutorials and I would like to post them, but I'm not so sure where should I put them. What do you suggest me then?
Webdesign / HTML or Programming Help? (as there is not an specific forum for Tutorials so far I see)

We and WHT go in two different paths. No similarity of them.

I think if we had a tutorial forum, it'd just sit there. Or it would become full of ads for "tutorials" about how one company does something so much better than another.
