php
every file type allowed
unlimited bandwith
but nof ftp?

CGI would be better than PHP

You could substitute CGI for PHP cause like the guy above said, PHP isn't that great without a db.

I think this would be excellent:

50mb space
no files size limit
unlimited bandwidth
CGI
No pop-ups, banners are ok
