Do you know any host that gives these features for 70$ (yearly*)or less ?
If not, do you know how much this costs?

what I meant in yearly is: pay once(70$ or less) for a whole year and not every month.

I would exercise caution before paying $70 in advance to just any host. You'll no doubt get lots of replies offering you the world for $70 (probably much less ). Check the history of the host to reduce the chance of you being back here in a few months time complaining that your $70 has been wasted.
