i have a site that i had on another free hosting but its not reliable(i mean that it has one day up time for each 4 days downtime).

the site will be with tutorials(mostly programing but might some others too), downloads(applications and source code that i have made and users on the site have made(all uploads will be moderated)).

there will be forums etc.

i don't mind having ads on my site as long as its not ridicules in size.

i will be using a .com domain

the specs:
php
mysql
.htaccess(to use for costume error pages, redirects, password protection, etc.)
1 e-mail account(to use for editing information on Alexa etc.)

I'm not sure about the bandwidth and space because the site will grow.

the site is currently as just under 300 MB and it WILL grow.
and the last bandwidth was the first 10 days this month and that was on about 1 GB (seemed like mostly bots(not sure)).
