It's very nice, good ad placements too.
I think the header image is too bright, and as soon as I opened the page it was too bright to see most of the other stuff on the site... maybe make it one notch darker...
Also it has a little too much red - orange. Try adding some cool colors to the site and it'll look really nice!

the design is good
at the center, there seem to be an ad for magic bricks.
if it is an ad, better to keep it somewhere else. because, it is attracting more of your visitor's attention than your content.
