Web Designer Needed

I am looking for a website designer that wants to help with my new site funhumor.com. I have a friend who will cover the technical aspect and I will handle promotion and content. I just need someone who can help with the design.
Because this is a on-going partnership, I will pay the designer 20% of profits made during a given month.
