Water cooling or fan

What is the best?

Water cooling

or

Normal fan?

This is a comparision of the aquarius and the thermalright slik-600
http://www.overclockercafe.com/Reviews/Tt_Aquarius/pg_6.html
The temperature is very similar, but the aquarius makes less sound.

Instructions say that the coolant must be mixed with water in a 1:10 ratio. What happens if I put more? 2:10 or 3:10? Will it improve the cooling effect or just mess up everything?

worth 90$ usd? or normal 30$ cdn fan would do the job fine?

I'm inclined to say fan...cos if the water cooling goes poof and spills or something, there goes at least some of your equipment, especially if the computer is on.

Water cooling kits are a waste of money. Select your own watercooling parts.

Get an SLK-947u with a quiet Vantec Stealth fan and you got yourelf a system that is as quiet as that watercooling kit.

Phase Change Cooling!!! I've got a nice vapochill in my case that keeps my Athlon XP 2500 @ 2.6Ghz running at a cool -20 degrees celcius under a full load.
