Kismet doesn't crack WEPs?
I assumed it would seeing as it's OS X fork, Kismac, does several different types of cracking.
And it's amazing how many people don't use WEP, leave their SSID as default, and use default users/pass.
I'd say about 75% here don't, even big businesses, such as BC Systems, who do all the local government crap.
Anyways, when you all go out war-driving what kind of setups do you use?
When I go with my buddy we have his cadillac, with me in the back with my iBook, and him in the front with his Compaq (with a GPRS for extra fun), and a spare power supply.
I've found that using more than one machine allows you to find channels that one machine may have missed while hopping channels.
