Want a free Host with no strings attached

Hi guys, I want a free host to host my site. The domain will be a .tk domain and the site will primarily be based on Wordpress.

Please check my requirement below;

1GB space
at least 10GB monthly bandwidth
cpanel
support for php5.x
ruby on rails support would be just perfect.

Though I will primarily use this host for wordpress, but I will be including the bb_forum plugin as well as some other non-wordpress stuffs.

I don't intent to use any sort of chat bots or crap.

I will be willing to place a link back to your website if you agree to host me.

I'm planning on a site that will attract much traffic, and don't want a host that will limit me to few visitors per month. I want to get started with 10Gb bandwidth before moving to paid hosting as well as migrating to a standard .com domain.

It's will be a kind of blog um forum specifically focused on students. Students are allowed to create accounts, post news on happenings about their College as well as place adds through the classifieds section which I'm going to be adding later.
