I am trying to find service like VPN-Socks-HTTP-OpenVPN or other I know these service, Please tell me other methods to hide IP or surf web by tunneling.

that may help you. I'd take it with a grain of salt, though, ultimately they could be lying about not keeping logs and you wouldn't find out until the police come, like what happened with HideMyAss and Lulzsec.

I would second Tor, but to be honest unless you're doing things you shouldn't online, then you shouldn't be trying to browse anonymously.
