visa prepaid

i have mini visa card ... they gave me a paper with it ,it contains
visa prepaid from 6 numbers
A user name
and secret code from 4 numbers and they told me use this information...
do u know if there are companies who have this option ? and what are they ?

Generally the four-digit "secret code" on a Visa card (If you're thinking of the same one I am ) can be used at automatic teller machines, and possibly some point-of-sale locations, for cash advances on your credit-card – or to put it another way; to be able to get money from your card directly.

I'm not sure if this will be the case for your card, you should really check with the financial institution that issued or provides the service to your card if you're interested in knowing for sure what the number is all about.
