Then what's the point of 150 mb free space? You think that just because someone doesn't want to pay for webspace, he or she should have his or her site down for bandwidth (there's nothing more annoying than this happening).
 
i tried out Topcities and found that it was actually kinda crappy.... at least for what i wanted to use it for.

If i had to use a free host again, id still go with Angelfire.com
