Has the US have any idea what they are doing?, give more 'incentive' for power companies to use more fossil fuels when they could spend those billion dollars in comming up with better renewable technology. It annoys me that the US isn't doing anything to help to environment, it instead only looks at how much money it can pump into its ecomany. No wonder the US wasn't keen to sign the Kyoto treaty. :confused5
