Since you ask about CPU usage can you say what membership/daily visit stats you have already, which might save lots of offers that wouldn't apply and we might suggest a better option rather than shared hosting if it is required.
 
Moving to another hosting provider will not help you. The resources your account is eating up is way too much to be on a shared server. You need atleast a VPS.

I wonder what might be causing the high CPU usage, he provided me with a link to it and there was approx only 5-10 people online. I suspect some vbulletin mods/hacks could be causing this.
 
iiPanel to answer that one, I have a couple of clients on one shared server that do eat it up but not disabling (thanks to Joe for the proggy and thanks to Johnson for the reason for Joe going 'what the ...' for so many processes)

Don't think OP will be back with a reasonable answer though.

It is very difficult sometimes to determine what is causing it (Many factors that could impact it), I have checked his site many times and I wasn't able to pin-point a specific cause. However, the CPU that his account eats is bigger than what you expect.

:confused: sorry steathy one, but its hard to believe that, we are both hosting companies, come on be real, how can you possible offer this for $1???

There must be a restriction or something in you ToS, cause you cant possible have a healthy business with this kind of offers???
