Traffic exchange programs

Hi

I'm looking to find some sort of traffic exchange program for my site.

I really really hate ads so i'm looking for more of a traffic exchange (preferably only an 88x31 button) but i don't want anything that's going to rotate stupid rip off lottery games or flash bright lights that say "win free money" or anything like that lol

Just a nice traffic exchange where the banner will be for other webmaster realted sites and similar.

My current traffic is about 400 unique a day, and i'm really just looking to get some "new" traffic from sites that would be interested in my content.

Any ideas, or would it be better just to stick to exchanging links with other webmasters.

I believe in the power of good content. It will work well with good search engines (interesting information, good links...).

Only exit pop exchange I think
http://www.w3exit.com Webdev sites only (which I think yours is), has button exchange as well as exit pops
