I agree with the above posts,

you should really check the fine print, allthough it would be nice if hosts specified in their offers if they have forced/required ads or not, I don't think they're doing anything wrong by not mentioning it in request forum offers either, not exactly misleading if the state it anywhere on their site or ToS
