I have sent them 3 emails,

- Asking for my account to be reactivated.

- Asking for records of the implied spam.

- Asking for access to my files (FTP).

Still waiting for a reply (Using Solid Email address)

Was I framed?

I did not send that many emails to anyone. The only real possiblites...

1 - The only way would be if someone on the Tierra Nova network (used my email scripts to frame me.)
- possibly seeing my earry happy reviews of Tierra Nova, On this board????

2 - Some one saw my HTML script and used my 1 of 2 perl sendmail CGI scripts, via another server.... ANd Framed Me Via SPAM.

I did not do those things, So its one of these /or/ these guys are scammers

Gimme Me Back my Stuff!

I have sent them email requesting access to my files.

I dont have updated back-ups because my hosting was pulled out from underneath me!

Still have not yet recieved any reply's from Tierra Nova since my site had its hosting cut. (Feb 24 2003)

To: Tierra Nova, If you are seeing this post...Please give me access to my files... I have already made arangements with another hosting company... PLEASE!!!

I did not send the SPAM as you suggested... But I have signed up with a new hosting firm.

Please allow me access to my files, as I do not have updated back-ups of my SAYSUMTIN.COM files. Access to FTP for 1 day is all that is required.
