This host's file manager really sucks. It said in their FAQ that they allow files up to 5 mb in size, yet when I try to upload a batch of files that total more than 125 kb in size (whether a single file or multiple files at once), the file manager pops an error and nothing gets uploaded.

Looks like a pretty promising host, but of course, I can't judge now since it's "Temporarily Unavailable". :)
 
well about a year ago , they used to run on Windows 2000 they where great ... had FTP access and also CGI.

now they have sum crappy File Manager :(
