Sugg: New Requirement when requesting Free Host

If possible, tell new users via a sticky or editing the current "Read Here" thread to give a description of their site, and if possible a preview and some site statistics. I think this would save a LOT of time for everyone, especially potential sponsors. And that read here first thread is overdue for an update anyways, still news about f2s.net and host.sk translations on there :tongue2:

How is someone going to give statistics when the whole reason they requesting for free web hosting is because their site is not online yet or in most cases it's not.

I didn't read the sticky.
I just looked at other requests before i made one.

I said if possible give stats. A site description at the very least tho. It would stop all the suspicions about illegal sites or chinese sites etc.
