Style Testing

If anyone can check this page at http://tuyen.vietech.net and see if my implementation of CSS works. I have seen it in action on Linux iExplorer (don't know which version) and let me tell you, it is UG-LY. So maybe some Mac user, bsd, blahOS can check it out for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
