Stolen by a competitor on Goto

My software name was stolen by a competitor on Goto

If you search goto.com for agentwebranking, the first goto result is one of our competitor. It means that this competitor has bidded for my software name as a targetted keyword on goto (so on altavista, lycos, cnet...). I thought it was against goto.com policy, I am probably too naive ;=) What do I have to do? AgentWebRanking is a search engine ranking software http://www.agentwebranking.com

Have you tried contacting goto.com about this?

Most likely goto.com do not know about your software and that they are a competitor.

Any Web site that an advertiser would like to list with GoTo must be the advertiser's own site, and we must be able to verify such ownership. This also means that all search terms requested by an advertiser must refer directly to the content of their own site. URLs that automatically redirect users to another Web site are not acceptable, unless the sole purpose is to monitor traffic and users remain on the advertiser's site.

A Web master at an electronics e-commerce site who wants to bid on the term "Sony television," should actually offer Sony TVs on their site. The site would not be relevant if there were no information about Sony TVs. A site selling a Sony television, however, would be allowed terms such as "television", "TV", "TV for sale" and "Sony TV."
