some more free advertising services?

i am looking to see if there are any ad services that are good to use (not popup/popunder)
i currently know of:
Adengage
Clicksor
Google Adsense
Bidvertiser (wont use)

plz provide any other services that actaully pay either by check or paypal
plz giv a link to the service aswell

They are okay, but after you reach payout, you must wait 3 months for them to verify it...
