[*]- Times Roman is BAD people!
[*]- Anti-alias the curve at the top left
[*]- Loose the css code that screws with the scrollbar. It's ugly looking.
[*]- The curve's color doesnt match the rest of the table.
[*]- To much orange.
[*]- Add a few more graphics
[*]+ The two shades of blue work well with each other.
[*]+ Site loaded fast

Yes, lose the popup. They are annoying.
The blue curve, top left isn't antialiased, but it isn't that big of a deal.
Colours are really contrasting, but that should be fine for this type of site.
