Hi, is Signatures in our profile limit to what kind of member we are at? Is new member not allow to add Signatures?

i think so , we are newbie and Admin don't allow us to add signatures.

Yes, to prevent spam you need more posts to add a signature and link.

It is totally depends on the site few members will give full access to the new users but few members to avoid the spam then won't provide full access to new users
