Needing a shoutcast radio server for RadioShuffle.net,
Would only have to be 50max listeners and 48kbps stereo max bitrate.

Also , what are you willing to give back in return to your host ?

To give back to the provider I can...
Advertise there services on the actual radio + A text AD.

So why do yo need so many resources right now . I suggest you start out with a more down to earth plan and then upgrade as you prosper...
