Server with >=50 MB, PHP, SSI...

So, the server must have minimum 50 MB, Support SSI and PHP4 at least, FTP, no ads or pop-up.
Optional: FrontPage, Own CGI-BIN, Perl 5 Support, acces to the .htaccess file.

Is there a server like I specified it??
