Script To Add FTP Accounts

Does anyone know a script that can add acounts to proftpd, cause i am looking for one for my server, so i can add accounts remotely (root access, admin accounts, restricted accounts and so on) to my FTP server. CGI or PHP will be fine. Thanks in advance.

I have one, but it is pretty loooooooong!
There are a few scripts, not just one to add accounts. You must have my demon running too which uses 1% of your memory
And all of them are written in Perl.

give you a clue... edit the shadow file (/etc/shadow)
I think it works, but is a bad idea.
