if you were sure of adding ads why dont you put them in advert [anyway some one is going to give a feedback here about the ads, what is the point in not putting it in the advertisements first place then??]

Iam not sure if that made sense.

The ad code is complete. It will float on the top right side of the website with an X to close the ad.

your ad obscures the view of the site on the top right, which is not acceptable by any standards.

and you say it FLoats

Can you make is such that it doesn't FLOAT and block the view of the site/pages
 
Well you can always close it. that's what the close button is for.

Plus, you probably have a small screen/monitor. if you had a better resolution it wouldn't look like that
