anyone has an alternative email to contact riverworld.net?

they emailed me an alternative address but i have deleted it away. i need to contact them beause their server is down for a few days
 
they cant be contacted by the ways in the member profile. is there anyone who has ways to contact them immediately?
 
I'm with riverworld too, not even managed to get the sight up, just got my domain sorted with their dns. They have been down for several days now, cant seem to contact them either although i havnt tried to instant message them on msn yet( they appear on the buddy list).

Lets hope they get their problem ironed out soon, I know they have offered their paid hosting members a free month as compensation for the problems.

Currently Riverworld.net is experiencing server DNS issues, the first
ever experienced during nearly a year and a half of providing hosting
solutions to the public, hence why some sites may be having disrupted
services and become partially dysfunctional.

Level Agreement is offered to clients on our US based server, a
good-will refund for this month will be issued upon request. Please
open a Support Ticket once DNS issues have been sorted out if you
desire to request a refund.

It should be noteworthy, that our US based servers are 'Internet
grade' solutions. If you need a Service Level Agreement in-place,
guaranteeing your website accessible at all times, then please
contact Riverworld.net on the above listed phone number to discuss
'Business grade' solutions. Our business grade solutions run from
servers located within Australia; both in Sydney and Canberra.

Your account access and website availability should be returned soon.

I've not tried calling as I live in the uk and its a bit far to call lol, however if its not sorted by Monday I guess I could give them a bell at work. I pm'ed them on msn last night but in the two hours i was around they didnt reply.
 
monday...that is too much for me to take...i think they should at least reply the emails. i even icq him but he was away for nearly 2 days!
 
yeah i must say it is bad, I'm giving them a bit of time purely because they were kind enough to offer me a free account. But i cant have the site down for two long cuz it was just gaining some respect. I had just switched it from freesites.ws because I had outgrown them. Oh well expect another post soon asking for hosting again!
