Well, iframe is what I wanted to use in the first place.
If the content of the page is really long then the site wouldn't look as nice, IMO.

That took me quite a while (a few hours) since I kept on changing ideas, hehe.

-A scrollbar shouldn't appear in 1024x768 resolution.

Overall: 91.3% Very good.
