Review my site please

Please review the design of my site.
There is no content on the website, whatsoever. It's pretty much under construction and I would like to know what should I add, remove, etc.

I'm pretty sure nobody can make a judgement on just one page.

Make all the link images the same color. Add javascript to have them chg color when you move your mouse over them. (if you want them chging color)

It's just a design/template, whatever...
