I am planning to start my own hosting company in which i will provide free hosting , I have a limited budget at this time as for the first three months.

I am willing to pay for the first month immediatly then I will pay for the coming three months in advance. Its a pitty that i dont have my country added to the paypal list . Therefore I won't be able to pay with paypal but I can use prepaid CashU money which is fully trusted like paypal! (You can see http://www.cashu.com/ - it's a prepaid service) plz notify me if there is any mean available to transfare my funds from my CashU account to any other mean possible.

On the other side as i mentioned before my budget for now is limited so I am asking for the following features in a price between 6-10 $ / Month NO MORE.

Space: Between 10 to 15+ GB.
Bandwidth: Between 100 to 150+ GB.
Includes:
cPanel 11 / WHM.
All Unlimited Features.
Overselling Enabled.
1 Dedicated IP.
FREE Domain Reseller if possible of course.
Private Name Servers.

I will be thankful if some extra options are available like money back gurantee , brief summary of your company , where will my data be host (like in what country!) and do you have a problem with Arabic sites (I will make sure to fully monitor the hosted websites if they contain any illegal , Pornography or hate material)

I think you'll find it hard for somebody to help you if you can not pay with a CC or through a more commonly used north american payment processor (paypal, etc). The price that I quoted you does not include a dedicated IP, which will cost $1.50 USD/month more. But at the time we do not accept egold either, it has had caused us some problems in the past.

Okay , so with a didecated IP ,25Gbz and BW of 100GBz for 9.5$/month
okay can i get something cheaper so that i can include a dedicated IP with it but i think it has to include 20+Gb storage and 100+BW.

By the way can you find me a way to pay , i can pay with two options WebMoney , Ukash and E-mail Transaction plz arrange a way to transfare funds from these services to your service! I will be very greatfull.

By the way i dont have a Paypal account because as i mentioned my country isn't listed.

Are you able to provide an echeck from your bank? I am trying my best to work something out to allow us to provide you with service, unfortunately, we do not get a lot of customers from your region and as such we have never had any reason to accept any payment processors specific to the region.

I am now discussing the possible options with my partners and will get back to you ASAP.
 
i will check the availability of Ukash , as i have verfied WebMoney
but i think an E-mail Transaction from CashU to your email will solve evrything because i talked to the support team and they said that I can Send money to anyone with an email address! , read this http://www.cashu.com/site/faq
 
I just looked at CashU as I have never heard of it before and they want $17 USD to withdrawal the money to your bank account :S

Have anyone checked into Moneybookers? I have one client using Moneybookers and from a providers standpoint, have not had any problems
