I'm in search of another reseller account, parameters:

10-15 or more CPanel accounts allowed
10-25 Gb disk
250Gb or more traffic/monthly
12 USD or below/monthly

Location: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia - good connectivity is important, actual location isn't.
Hosting provider 2+ years in business.
3-12 months minimal contract is OK (if monthly term isn't available)

Optional (can do without, but prefer to have)
- SSH access to customer sites (maintenance only)
- Git/Mercurial/Subversion client (only to update site from external repository)
- s3cmd utility (to store data to Amazon S3 facility)

I have already reseller accounts at CrocWeb and JaguarPC, so please do not recommend these two. I need another provider for that.
