Requesting Host for Drupal based site

I am looking to host 2 websites based on Drupal(actually a optimized fork of drupal called pressflow).
I would require the following features:

Disk Space: 2GB
Bandwith: Not much really. around 5GB will also do
MySQL 5.0.15 or higher with PDO
PHP 5.2.5 or higher (5.3 preferable)
Upload file size limit of atleast >10MB
Memory Limit : 64MB.. even 32 would do.
Atleast 5-10 of other cpanel features like domain databases and all.
Custom php.ini would be an added incentive.

I am ready to add credit links to the website using a link like Hosted by X-X-X-X.

Please do let me know if anyone can provide this to me.
