you not going to get a dedi or vps for free....
dedi and vps is expensive, what you would do in return for the people that provide the dedi or vps?
and you also want 24/7 support?

A dedicated server will never be given away free, the best you're going to get for free is a Post 2 Host Reseller account.

put it this way, the average price for a dedicated server is $80 USD (and it does not include control panel and management). So the likelihood of a stranger offering that to you for free is next to zero
