Request for a host

Hi everyone, I need a host that is --

• Stable
• Able to host 2 sites (+2 Add on domain)
• 300 mb of space (maybe a little more for future)
• 3.5 gb of bandwidth transfer
• 10 MySql
• Basic features (like email etc.)
• Cpanel would be a good, I can use anything else as long as I can manage my database and I have FTP

Basically I will be hosting my personal website and a website gallery site (example : http://cssremix.com/). I have my own domain by the way.

I also have a 125x125px ads spot so I don't mind placing your ads in exchange for your hosting.
