REQ: free bnc or vhost for irc

i just want it so when i login into irc...instead of sayin like unknown00@12.123.123.444 (just an example) it says like unknown00@free.web.space.net.forum.rules. some servers give this out for free...but im usually on efnet and it doesnt anyone willin to give an account out for free? or know someone who will?

btw ive asked a lot of my friends and they say im a cheapass so if u wanna reply with something mean plz just keep it in. i am broke:doh!:
