Remotely hosted mysql for PHPBB2

I neeed a mysql (Remotely Hosted) database. Can anyone suggest one that's Fastt !!

There's only 1 free remotely hosted MySQL service right now. Portland Portland is very unreliable but it's the only one. They also don't allow there mysql to be used with post/php nuke, and any forums, but u can sneak it http://www.portsql.com

We allow MySQL for PHPBB2 and Nuke or anything
else out there for that matter.

Remote database connections really do slow down a
database server and I would not recommend them ....
that's the main reason why most of the ones
mentioned in earlier replies, portland ... freesql, etc. are
so very slow and unreliable. Because of that very
reason, our database servers are setup for local
connections only within our own network ..... HOWEVER,
both pay and FREE accounts have full MySQL access.

However, I'll try to answer that for you ...

In Short .... YES.

Yes, all accounts fully support FTP. FTP is the method
you would likely use to upload all your web site content.

We do also support Frontpage extensions for site management
if your account is setup with a domain and you request that
service. NOTE THOUGH: Frontpage accounts have 15MB because
of the extra space required for the Frontpage files.

Web based site managers are not supported or permitted.

Currently you need to send an email to sales@amzweb.com
requesting the FREE account to be setup.

Just a clarification, there are actually two sites. amzweb.COM
is our commercial (paid) webhosting site and amzweb.NET is
our FREE hosting site.

Currently we are in the process of making a lot of enhancements
and redesigning the amzweb.NET site so it is temporarily down.
During this time, anyone connecting to the amzweb.NET site is
simply redirected to the amzweb.COM site.

All you need to do is send an email to sales@amzweb.com and
you'll be setup.

Freesql has had a lot of problems anyway. I think they
have been offline for several months now though.
