Reliable uk host needed

Dont need that much but dont really want to pay more than £25 to £30 a year.

10-30 mb space
1-2 gb bandwidth
good uptime


Would be nice if i didnt have to use a credit card to pay, say postal order for a year in advance

Would be good if the host had been established for at least a year too.

Would prefer uk based hosting.

A lot to ask???
