Reliable FAST free host wanted please!

hi all!

Okay.. So.. I've been browsing through the massive numbers of webhosts lately.. and it seems that free webhosts.. just pop in and out.. or just wander on that line between "down and out" and "bearly hanging on..."

So.. With a bit of luck.. maybe you guys could help me out.. If it's not too much trouble.. Could someone direct me to a good free webhost..that has....

At least.. 75 Megs of Space..
4Gigs of Bandwidth..
Allows php.. and .. most prefered.. if they had sendmail() enabled.. if not.. SMTP is still great!
Also... They have to allow me to connect to a remote mysql database.. (freemysql.net)
And.. I've been looking everywhere for this.. have the extensions ".tpls" and ".phps" enabled
And MOST importantly.... They HAVE to be reliable and Fast.. .. Many times i've tried to show my friends my site.. and it's either too slow loading.. or it doesn't load at all.. So.. that's a bummer.. lol

So.. A good reliable free host.. that's fast. What i mean by fast is.. that sites should be in the "blue" coloured row on this website speed test thingy..

Also.. I don't really like posting nor ads.. but i will glady place one ad on the main page... for the posting bit.. I'd rather not have to post.. but if there is a forum.. I'll probably join in.. I just don't like the idea of having to post just to stay alive.. or to be pressured/forced to post..

Well.. I've written a bunch there.. lol Anyone got any suggestions?

Well.. Yeah I too have tried google. and yeah it says it's slow too.. but because it doesn't have much on it.. it still loads pretty fast.. only the images tend to lag a bit..
I normally only use that as a base line.. Cause when it's 0.01 per kb.. I notice that my site runs rather FAST! lol
