20mbps unmetered would be 6-7TB actually, but those costs are $200-250 a month alone.
 
but what would a shared 100 MBps line cost / bandwitch be, i though it was 6-7 tb...and one last, 10 MB unmitered would be 3 TB
 
shared unmetered 100mbit there is no set limit you can use upto 30tb dependant on the amount of users.
 
you will never find a 20mbps line for that price, you need to add atleast $400+ for a reliable host.

Smart move is not to pre-pay yearly for any server, for cheaper shared hosting or reseller accounts it might not matter, but most server providers dont refund the remaining month of the server cost, and you never what might break on your server, the company might not be able to fix it in time or other issues overtime might arise with the company. Going with yearly pre-paid plan for a server closes your options.
 
I wouldn't go 1yr. pre-paid either. Month-to-Month contracts are fine. You're saving money; and you're not risking that much at the same time.
