I have the plugin, sorry didn't notice it is flash
but it takes really long time to load, and now after some minutes still loading...how big is it?

yes indeed, version 6 is required (just downloaded it)
but I noticed that when you go with your mouse over the links, only a small part of the text can be used
 
Its really good. The only problem is that when you point at the words on the nav, it doesn't work, you have to point above them, that may be confusing.

I rate according to what I think, add those ratings together, then divide.
